TWITTER| http://www.twitter.com/AnnaLichty1 INSTAGRAM| http://instagram.com/AnnaLichty1 FACEBOOK| http://www.facebook.com/AnnaLichty VIDDY| http://www.viddy.com/AnnaLichty TUMBLR |http://AnnaLichty.tumblr.com IMDB| http://www.imdb.me/AnnaLichty Instructions: 2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature) 1 cup white sugar Cream together then add 2 eggs (room temperature) 1 teaspoon vanilla Blend well and add half the mixture of 1 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt stir together then add 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt or heavy whipping cream Add rest of flour mixture and 2/3 cup red wine ( I used Zinfadel) stir carefully Fill cupcake tin to just above half way mark If you wanna add chocolate put 1 tablespoon in half mixture or 2 tablespoons in all the mixture. ( I preferred it without chocolate but its still good) Bake at 350 degrees for about 17 minutes cupcakes should be spongey and boucy back when you tap the tops of them Let cool completely Frosting: 1/4 cup any berry puree 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, firm and slightly cold Pinch of coarse salt 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Enjoy!!
