Guiding Light Star Beth Chamberlin Not Afraid to Run Fitness Boot Camp

In July 2021, YouTube set all unlisted videos uploaded before 2017 to private (unless the channel owner had opted out). In the weeks leading up to this change, Archive Team archived many pre-2017 unlisted YouTube videos. If this video was uploaded before 2017 and has gone private, there is a chance that a 360p archived version can be viewed on archive.org via the site's Wayback Machine as follows:

1. Enter the YouTube URL in the Wayback Machine form or click on the following link:
https://web.archive.org/web/20210000000000*/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTAfH_eWnf8

2. Right-click on a blue entry in July in the calendar.

3. Click 'Copy link address'.

4. Paste the copied link address into your web browser's address bar and press enter.

Description:

Have you ever wanted to try something new, but been too afraid? In this video, Beth Chamberlain, retired soap opera star, is here to tell you, yes you can! For 15 years, Beth was a series regular on Guiding Light. When the show was canceled, she made the choice to pursue other passions. In addition to her career roles as actress and fitness instructor, Beth is also a mother, who witnessed many women, struggling as she had, to prioritize fitness into their jam packed schedules. Today, Beth is a certified kettlebell trainer as well as the proud owner of Nyack Boot Camp, a training facility located in Nyack, New York, where she conducts High Intensity Interval Training. She has also produced two kettlebell fitness videos and continues to lecture about health and fitness. Beth aspires everyday to bring out the best in herself and encourages anyone with a dream and the ambition to pursue it that new beginnings are always possible.
