HERO-Music Video

In July 2021, YouTube set all unlisted videos uploaded before 2017 to private (unless the channel owner had opted out). In the weeks leading up to this change, Archive Team archived many pre-2017 unlisted YouTube videos. If this video was uploaded before 2017 and has gone private, there is a chance that a 360p archived version can be viewed on archive.org via the site's Wayback Machine as follows:

1. Enter the YouTube URL in the Wayback Machine form or click on the following link:
https://web.archive.org/web/20210000000000*/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrLvey_VUXA

2. Right-click on a blue entry in July in the calendar.

3. Click 'Copy link address'.

4. Paste the copied link address into your web browser's address bar and press enter.

Description:

NOTE: I have recieved a lot of comments about the 'bad dancing' in this video. I would like to point out that the dance had to be learned by a very wide age range considering we have an eight-year-old little boy who needed to learn it in an hour. The dance is also a lot more complicated than it looks on the video. I would appreciate it if you could try to overlook this short-coming of mine when you comment. I already know the dance is not the best.

DESCRIPTION:
This is a project I started just for fun. I was listening to Superchick and decided how cool a music video would be to their song "Hero". I called up some friends and we filmed like crazy for three straight days and then I edited it together like mad for the next two! This is what we got. Hope you enjoy!

I'd like to thank Angeli and Christina who had to drive back and forth from the base over and over again! It meant so much to me!
I'd also like to thank Stephanie and Sarah for giving up martial arts and horsebackriding for a week. You'll never know how happy that made me!
I want to thank Mrs. Rogers, for letting me make your daughter emo for a week. Remember, those are Herbal Cigarettes- no nicotine. Don't smoke folks! It's bad for you!
A big shout out thanks to Caleb and Mark who danced like only real men can!
And of course thanks to Carissa and MaCady who jumped in to help out at the last minute!

Finally, I'd like to thank my parents who made this possible. Thanks for giving me a week free of chores and school Mom, and thanks for letting me commandeer your building Dad! And thank you both for instilling the values in me that gave me the inspiration to make this video! You believed in me before I ever did! I love you guys!
