Description: Previous WR: 18"33 by MKDasher https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kM-QEY0kaU Time starts when Mario starts moving. (Same timing method) I saved 1 frame with better movement at the beginning, then proceeded to finish the TAS and somehow saved 2 additional frames in the water walking part.
