Christianity Is Taking Its Terminal Breath And Apologists Are Helping |
Description: So the Christian I am responding to today believes he has a fool proof way to actually silence atheists, something I’m all too happy to test. As Christianity shrinks due to the growth of Islam and the faster growth of the irreligious Christians seem to be hitting the all-out panic button. In general I see one of two types of response, fight and flight. Fight comes in Christians who attempt to stand up to ever-increasing scientific knowledge and are being overwhelmed as a result, but perhaps more interesting is flight. With seemingly no benefit to Christianity there are apologists who will openly label questioning and evidence as sinful whilst stating that atheists should be ignored. In response to that I can only thank them on their complete co-operation in rolling out the carpet for irreligion and demonstrating just what a sorry state religion becomes when you remove its ridiculous birth rates.
