Space Janitors - Season Three - Indiegogo Campaign

In July 2021, YouTube set all unlisted videos uploaded before 2017 to private (unless the channel owner had opted out). In the weeks leading up to this change, Archive Team archived many pre-2017 unlisted YouTube videos. If this video was uploaded before 2017 and has gone private, there is a chance that a 360p archived version can be viewed on archive.org via the site's Wayback Machine as follows:

1. Enter the YouTube URL in the Wayback Machine form or click on the following link:
https://web.archive.org/web/20210000000000*/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3Zviykge1I

2. Right-click on a blue entry in July in the calendar.

3. Click 'Copy link address'.

4. Paste the copied link address into your web browser's address bar and press enter.

Description:

Space Janitors is looking to come back for a third season! Visit our campaign here: http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/space-janitors-season-three

Now in our second season on Youtube, our show draws from the rich world of science fiction to bring you parodies of every sci-fi subculture and phenomenon imaginable. Arctic planet? Party planet? The home of the rebels? We can make it happen - but first, we're going to need your help.

For most web series, the sky is the limit. We here at Space Janitors left the sky behind ages ago - and it wasn't much to look at, anyway. Sci-fi parody on the web lets us tell the stories we know you love in ways they haven't been told before. But while sci-fi sends all our minds reeling with creatures, planets and bad guys (who, of course, think they're the good guys - pshht) galore, we need money to bring those worlds to life.

That's where you come in.
How You Can Help:

We're asking for $75,000, less than half of our projected budget. With your contributions, we can create all those diverse, strange characters; we can build sets for the weird, fantastical planets they come from; we can create bigger messes for our janitors to clean up! With your help, we can and will continue to explore Darby's ever-expanding universe by bringing you a complete third season, along with heaps of extra content including BTS footage, SJ merchandise, and even an opportunity for direct phone calls with the cast!

The Best Part:

What's an Indiegogo campaign without some perks? Whether you love SJ for the sci-fi, for the web series, or both, we've got a perk for you. In addition to a series of video production journals for every single contributor, we're offering access to exclusive BTS footage for every contribution above $25. But your inclusion in the Space Janitors universe doesn't have to stop at the computer - we've got everything from limited edition merch to actual on-set opportunities. With this campaign, we're expanding our show's universe - and whether it's online or on-set, we want you to be a part of it.

We have a huge amount of experience in video production and, with your contributions, we can put together a budget that allows us to use season three to show you exactly what we - and our characters - are capable of. After all, if a certain beloved long-running sci-fi series can squeeze out films 7, 8 and 9, imagine how many more webisodes we can do with your help.
The Special Effects:

How can you have an effect? By contributing, of course! Check out our complete list of perks to find what contribution amount - and form of thanks - is right for you.

But I Can't Afford to Help!

Of course, we understand that not everyone has the money. Why else would we start a crowdsourcing campaign? If you're not able to donate yourself, please help us spread the word about our show and campaign. Post and share links to our videos and campaign page, and encourage your friends to do the same!

Donation Isn't Enough!

Finally, if you really want to help us out, please do both. Make your contribution, then like, share, tweet, retweet, stumble, tumbl - do whatever you can to get the word out there!

The web-iverse may be pretty big, but with your help, Space Janitors can take it - and bring you a stellar third season.
