Her name is Minako Honda.
She was a Japanese singer.
After an idol singer, she worked mainly on the musical stage during the 1990s. She completed the crossover, challenging classical in the 2000s.
Although future activity was expected, she died of acute myelogenous leukemia at the age of 38 years on November 6, 2005.
This music(HARD TO SAY "I LOVE YOU") is music recorded on her first album "M' Syndrome" released on November 21, 1985.
