In July 2021, YouTube set all unlisted videos uploaded before 2017 to private (unless the channel owner had opted out). In the weeks leading up to this change, Archive Team archived many pre-2017 unlisted YouTube videos. If this video was uploaded before 2017 and has gone private, there is a chance that a 360p archived version can be viewed on archive.org via the site's Wayback Machine as follows: 1. Description: We wanted to show you something while we're still finishing up this project. It's been in the works for several months. Full video coming soon. The place serving the barbecue is Sweet Oak which is run by Augustin Flores, who has learned from celebrity pitmasters Harry Soo (winner of ‘BBQ Pitmasters’ season one), Myron Mixon (four-time barbecue World Champion) and the late Konrad Haskins (BBQ Institute, Texas). He is also an officially certified barbecue judge through the Kansas City Barbecue Society and a classically trained chef as well. We also wanted to have them try the best sauces from the most respected regions in the US, so we reached out to LawLers Barbecue (Alabama), 12 Bones (North Carolina), Gates Bar-B-Q (Kansas City) and Rudy's Bar-B-Q (Texas) who agreed to come on board for this project. (We tried reaching out to several places in Memphis but none were interested unfortunately.
