I am a real estate agent working for Compass Rodeo office in Beverly Hills. Compass, since its launched, now is the country's largest independent real estate brokerage. We are very lucky to live in a city like Los Angeles and work in real estate here. There are currently 112 single-family homes in Los Angeles listed for more than $20 Million! I don't know if there is a market quite like it anywhere in the world! A day in the life of a realtor is very entertaining, but especially so in Los Angeles thanks to the diversity of this city. We will also be documenting investment properties in and around the Los Angeles area. With a background in property development and flipping homes, I will be sharing insights on different projects in Los Angeles. We will cover tear down development opportunities, duplex - fourplex and many other multifamily buildings as well as my experiences when it comes to how to flip properties here in Los Angeles. My life as a real estate agent here in Beverly Hills is consists of working hard, touring and showing these amazing homes and enjoying all the things that Los Angeles, California has to offer. ABOUT ME: Born in Turkey, Enes found success at a very early age as a professional windsurfer. His windsurfing journey started when he was 13 years old and by the age of 20, he was already a 3 time World Champion professional windsurfer. His recognized successes also allowed him to receive EB-1 Extraordinary ability green card by the US Government. Enes’s passion for real estate began at age 20 when he bought and renovated his first house in South Texas. For two years he was able to maintain his standing as a great student while simultaneously learning the ins and outs of the real estate business and competing in windsurfing events all over the world. After years of juggling school, windsurfing and real estate investing, Enes decided to retire from the sport and to dedicate all of his time and energy to real estate. The enthusiasm for hard work that he learned at an early age as a professional athlete translated into immediate success in real estate development. In 3 years Enes developed and sold more than dozens of properties, breaking neighborhood records for highest sales and sq foot prices. Enes has always had a passion for Los Angeles. In 2014, he made the decision to sell all of his holdings in South Texas and move to Los Angeles full time to pursue his career in real estate. His enthusiasm for Los Angeles stems from his love for the city’s culture, energy, diversity, and its architecture.
