In the weeks leading up to this change, Archive Team archived many pre-2017 unlisted YouTube videos. I called and left a message and Estela called me right back to my surprise cause every other school that I had called did not return my call and it's been months later and still they never called me back! So, I see that was a sign for me to go with this school! So glad I did! Found out that Estela was the CEO/Owner of the school. Very polite, professional, straight forward, no nonsense, honest, caring and giving! She is the very best! I wish all schools could take a lesson from her for customer service and for professionalism! It goes a long way with me! The school is so professional and clean, I mean clean!!!!! I love it! Very refreshing! Unlike another bad school, that I had PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED BEFORE THIS ONE, where it was so bad, that I had to find another school, cause they just took our money and we basically had to study and learn on our own! We just paid big bucks for a CERTIFICATE!! I explained all of this to Ms. Estela, and she welcomed me with open arms and took me under her wing. I love her so much cause she is real and down to earth. When she tells you that, she will help you, she means it! It's so refreshing to deal with people who are so loving, giving and honest in this day and age. The class was wonderful, it was an eye opening, I learned more from this one day course, than I did from that other previous school that I attended for 3 months! It all just clicked for me. But I have to owe it to not only Ms. Estela, but to her fabulous teacher, Ms Violeta Thiam. Ms. Violeta, thank you for your skill set, your professionalism, your patience and your kind words! I love how you teach and break it all down, cause it makes so much sense! I love your passion, and your dedication to nursing! Your energy and passion is contagious! This class was a fully satisfying experience, as well as the school. To those who want a career in nursing and also need to get your CEU's, this is the place to go! A place to excel!
