Description: Happy October beauties! Welcome to my first Halloween tutorial! I didn't know where I was going with this look I decided to just sit down and play with makeup. The colors used were inspired by a beta fish. I wanted to look like I was actually an underwater creature. I paled out my skin because I wanted to look more translucent and sea creatures don't get much sun so that was my theory behind that.
