In July 2021, YouTube set all unlisted videos uploaded before 2017 to private (unless the channel owner had opted out). In the weeks leading up to this change, Archive Team archived many pre-2017 unlisted YouTube videos. If this video was uploaded before 2017 and has gone private, there is a chance that a 360p archived version can be viewed on archive.org via the site's Wayback Machine as follows: 1. Description: Today we'll be exploring 2 methods for preparing crystal iodine from readily availiable precursors. In the first method, we start with tincture of iodine and add to it 5ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid for every 10ml of tincture of iodine. Then we add an equal volume of 3% hydrogen peroxide. After stirring to mix, we ca seperate out our iodine using a coffee filter. Let it dry and then store in an airtight container with a plastic seal. Do not store in a metal container. The iodine vapour will attack and destroy it. The second method is almost identical to the first, but instead of tincture of iodine, we'll stat with potassium iodide. Dissolve 2g of potassium iodide in 10ml of water, then add the same amount of acid as before, then the peroxide. Again, filter to collect our product.
