Recalling Informer, hit by reggae singer Snow dated 1992, the multi-awarded Italian producer made a real hymn for marijuana's legalization! Everybody smokes it, on several occasions (not only during the nightlife but at work, at school, at home reading a book or after making love) and, in an ironic manner, Fasano draws a parallel with alcohol prohibition during the 50's. Just as that time, when in the street (in the US in particular) you breathed in ether, today you breath "marijuana everywhere" ... but it is still illegal despite a silent approval by media and a certain type of medics. The protest is always joking and irreverent, so much so Mohombi (superb performer of the track) acts as a bystander watching and telling but never encouraging the use of marijuana in person. The release comes in view of the forthcoming referendum in the US, where people is asked to vote in favor or against legalization of sale and use of marijuana. Sulle note di Informer, brano del 1992 del cantante reggae Snow, il pluripremiato produttore italiano confeziona un vero e proprio inno alla legalizzazione della marijuana! Tutti ne fanno uso, in vari ambienti (non solo nella nightlife ma anche al lavoro, a scuola, a casa mentre si legge un libro o dopo aver fatto l’amore) e - in tono ironico - Fasano fa un parallelismo con il proibizionismo dell’alcool negli anni 50. Come allora dove nelle strade (soprattutto statunitensi) si “inalava†l'odore dell'etere, oggi si respira “marijuana everywhere†…eppure la sostanza risulta ancora illegale nonostante ci sia una tacita approvazione da parte dei media e di una certa categoria di medici. La contestazione mantiene sempre un tono scherzoso e mai irriverente tanto che Mohombi (magistrale interprete del brano) come spettatore che osserva e racconta senza mai incitare in prima persona all'uso della marijuana. Il brano esce a ridosso del referendum di quest'estate in America dove si chiede ai cittadini il voto per legalizzare la vendita e l'uso della marijuana.
