THIS TIME HAS BEEN BEATEN. New time: 44:44.17, recorded on September 1st 2012 at 5 AM

Port of Adia in 13;49 (0:05)
Death Marshes in 11;27 (15:25)
River of Souls in 21;15 (28:37)
I also get the first Primagen Key.

Here are the main information, tricks used and stuff.
Difficulty: Easy. I don't want to worry too much about my health, because most of the time, taking damage or not is all about being somewhat lucky.
Auto-aim: On. This is helpful because I'm able to kill stuff I would miss otherwise because I aim like a retard, but it can also be troublesome when you hit an enemy in the chest and you'd prefer a headshot.

Tricks used:
Strafe running: this is an FPS from 1998. Of course there is strafe running! You probably already know how it works. 41% faster.

Water boosting: this trick allows me to blast through certain areas at an insane speed. Basically, tapping forward when underwater makes you swim faster for a little while, and getting out of the water at the same time makes you keep this boost while running, until you try to go backwards, get into water again or enter a warp portal. Extremely useful and quite spectacular, too. Good examples of this: at 3:04 and 43:55.

Taking items from below: There's a weird glitch involving tapping direction buttons while jumping to collect items over your head that would be too high for you to reach otherwise. Examples: 17:55, 21:55, 22:30, 24:27.

Jumping in the deadly swamp: The dark green swamp in Death Marshes is extremely deadly. If you stand in it, you will take about 75 damage per second on Easy. In other words: you die. If you stand in it for a very short period of time though, you can get away and not take any damage. I exploit this a few times to cut corners and skip some stuff. I'd say it must save a good 30 to 40 seconds. At 19:48 until the armory, I do it a lot. I do it again when going out of the armory, at 20:35.

Blue Feather skip (Death Marshes): it's not about skipping the blue feather, but actually skipping the long way to get it and to activate the warp portal. It involves jumping on the top of a post before strafe jumping to the other side. I messed it up in this run though, but it could have been worse. 22:53 is where I do it.

Primagen Key 2 jump: This jump was extremely hard to do, until I found a better way to do it. It's all about jumping on the right spot on the rocky wall to the right, and quickly jumping again to the other side. Then, using the Taking items from below glitch, I can grab the key without having to do a super long detour. Probably saves about a full minute. 43:25.

Switch jump: right after the P-key 2 jump, I use a water boost to get to the other side of a gap and activate a switch I would normally have to take a longer way to do. Saves about 20 seconds I think. 43:43.

MISTAKES

There are quite a few mistakes in this run, here is a list of the most costly ones.

Port of Adia:
Bad segment starting from 3:15. Time lost: about 10 to 12 seconds I'd say. I miss the distress beacon, get stuck 3 times, miss the child, need one more shotgun hit on one endtrail. The bad section ends at 4:05.

I had lots of trouble killing the two endtrails at 6:05. Lost about 8 seconds.

Rescuing the 4th child was not smooth... lost 4-5 seconds. Happens at 8:20, ends at 8:45.

9:30 was pretty bad too, lost 4 seconds on my split so I guess I lost 4 seconds, lol.

Death Marshes:
At 17:55 we can see a Mag 60 ahead, well, I miss it. Not too much of a big deal, I didn't even notice until much later, in the middle of River of Souls. Didn't cost time but usually I use it a little bit. I got one at the second graveyard in River of Souls, though.

At 18:20 I go the wrong way for a few seconds and get confused, I don't know why. I seem to have lost about 5 seconds.

At 22:55, I take many attempts to make the Blue Feather skip. I lost about 15 seconds. Such a shame :(

River of Souls:
For some reason, I couldn't shoot the button correctly at 37:27. Lost about 8 seconds.

The first Sister of Despair went overall pretty bad... Lost about 5 to 10 seconds probably. 38:36

The second Sister of Despair went even worse. Could find the last zombie, and I took some time to get more shotgun shells, but it was pretty costly. Lost a good 15 seconds there. 41:22

Went the wrong way for the 900th time at 42:12. I can't seem to get that part right, I take the wrong way every single time. At least I noticed earlier than usual. Still lost 4 seconds to that.
