Description: This is part of the infamous "drunk" interview with John Wayne on location in Durango Mexico on the set of "War Wagon." Merv and the Duke had been knocking back tequilas in the set saloon. They start singing together then go outside for the rambling interview. Merv spoke of it as one of his favorite interviews of all time. Merv Griffin had over 5000 guests appear on his show from 1963-1986.
