Naga (not the racist term N*gga) is a non-playable character in the game World of Warcraft.

Every relationship can have different issues. One issue could be addiction. We had a time when the hubby was fighting a World of Warcraft addiction. Through hard work and a lot of love, patience and compassion, anyone can overcome any addiction.

Why is World of Warcraft such an addicting game? I spoke to my friend (game developer director) that works at Ubisoft that same question. He says to make a successful game such as World of Warcraft, the game must consistently give rewards to the player. For example, every other level or every level, a player gets new spells, talent points, etc. Also, every enemy you kill, the player receives rewards: gold (currency) and a chance to receive a rare item. It's similar to a slot machine affect. So every time a player kills an enemy, there's an adrenaline rush similar to what people get when playing at a casino. These are just some factors that made WoW so successful on top of a huge online community, constant updates, etc.

How to break a game addiction? It really depends on the person but it's possible. Our solution? The drive to enjoy other things outside of World of Warcraft started being more imperative. As an adult, we all have our responsibilities and we have to acknowledge them and put our priorities in check.

P.S. OMG Mists of Pandaria expansion is coming out next?!
