I decided to do some reading on one of the most misunderstood Japanese foods out there, NATTO!

Firstly, what is natto? Natto is a cheap, traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans.

In the video I explain the following 10 facts about natto with random references to the Iron Chef TV show, samurais, NigaHiga & sake!

1. NATTO DOESN’T HAVE TO BE EATEN THE TRADITIONAL WAY

At the end of the video, I give my personal thoughts on natto, as well as trying it in front of all of you! (which is risky because one tends to get slimy grossness all over them...not pretty).
