This battle is against ShinyPoke, and no sprites are really edited. This battle was pretty epic and close towards the end, and its like, dude, Ace, there is WAYYY to much ghetto in this video. And I say, no, there isn't enough. Use with either Pokemon with Own Tempo (Slowbro,Slowking,Grumpig,Spinda) OR a Pokemon that can use protect, is behind a sub, or has Fly, Dive, or Dig that is faster than Cacturne. She can support her teammates with Rain Dance (And Skill Swap/Helping Hand if available) then start to utilize it for herself with 100% accurate Thunders and a 60% paralyze chance. Water Pulse has a 40% confusion chance, so be aware of that.
