Hey guys I hope you enjoyed this video, took me forever to edit. I would've liked to show a bunch more photos of my prior physique but I couldn't find many since my old laptop crashed. Hope this motivates all of you to hit up the gym and lift some mudapukin weights. Ya'll can do anything if you put your minds too it. If you guys need any help be sure to just hit the team up and we'll do our best to help you guys pack on some size too

My Story:
I've always been passionate about training, since I was in grade 6. That's when I really started doing some really really basic home workouts. I started to train my abs cause that's what media told me to do in order to get girls. I was very misinformed about the whole bodybuilding industry and had no idea on how to gain weight and I never really took it seriously. My only goal was to get a girlfriend as petty as it sounded. Fast forward to year 7 and year 8 where I was still a little asian twig weighing around 45 kilograms. I was bullied and only had a small group of amazing friends. I was bullied which destroyed my sense of self confidence. I didn't feel included in the school community and felt as if I was an outcast. I felt as if being who I am was not good enough and I was embarrassed on who I was and about where I came from. At this point I stopped doing home workouts and just gave up and lost all motivation. Fast forward to grade 9 where I picked up doing home exercises again. At the age of 14 I did very basic research on dumb hippie workouts in hopes that I will gain weight and some size. I got a gym member ship at the age of 15 and started to continue to educate my self on building my physique. First few months I didn't really know what I was doing or how to train and bulk up. I didn't gain much size until I discovered the importance of nutrition and diet. This made a huge difference. I also continued to conduct some further and more advanced research towards variables and methods in which can contribute to the gain of my physique. I continued to grow and gain some confidence. I began to be respected even by those who used to look down on me. I am now more confident and have finally accepted who I am and where I am from. I learnt to say "fuck the haters" and do you.
