Description: A parody of the poem "The Night Before Christmas." It should entertain you. Here are the lyrics to the poem: Twas the night before college, when all through the house Not a student was studying, especially not on the couch Computers, and television sets were not at all rare And they took the utmost care to ensure that not a single outlet was bare The caffeine in their blood continued to flow They would stay up late, and sleep after class tomorrow When, what to my wondering eyes should appear, But a 12 oz can of vault, somewhat near. When from the other room Brice heard such a clatter He sprung out of his chair to see what was the matter To the other room, he flew like a flash Bill had been killed in Halo, and it was a very close match The young men were gaming and didn't want to go to their beds As visions of Fear and Halo played repeatedly in their heads And Bill drinking vault, and Brice drinking Code Red out of a glass Had just set out their clothes for their first day of class School is tomorrow, it came way too quick. Their stomachs turn, and they feel a little bit sick Twas the last night of summer, Oh what a bummer! For classes will begin after tonight, Oh what a fright! "Now Bill! Now, Brice! On Fear, On Halo, On Gears! To the bottom of the fridge, to the last can of vault! Now stay awake! Stay awake! Stay awake all! As their lives change and they become college kids Responsibilities do not exist, Brice so faithfully insists Their parents no longer guide them, they're on their own Food, laundry, and hygene...they will postpone They refused to hit the hay, or call it a day Tomorrow is the first day of school, and that's just plain gay And suddenly Bill exclaimed, 'I think I'm gonna cry "Happy Summer to all, for tomorrow we die!" |
